Brilliant place to buy glass. I bought two panes of glass that I was concerned wouldn't fit in my car. The boss of the business said don't worry were in this together" and together with staff the panes were padded up and they helped me with them into my car. Very good service and I'd use them again. Needed a replacement glass for my multi-fuel stove, went to byron glass they didn't have one in stock but told me if I could obtain one elsewhere they would fit it for me completely free of charge.Made me feel very welcome and almost like one of the family.I obtained the glass and true to their word they fitted it free of charge while I waited.The lady in reception is a lovely person, tooAll in all WOW what a fabulous company.They went out of their way to help me.Many thanks Nadine.

Popped into get replacement glass for a photo frame - ludicrously cheap and as I had no coins the guys said pop it in next time you’re passing - incredible. Fantastic customer service and a brilliant team. If that wasn’t enough I also walked out with a beautiful print after admiring it - and for free too. You guys have made my day - Thankyou so much.
