As a business the service received was good, albeit expensive however once you have a problem or god forbid a complaint they aren’t interested, I spent a fortune and hair was ruined to be told well nothing I can do other than do it again (for it to be more ruined) - won’t be returning and won’t be recommending

I've been using Ruby Ysabelle since they opened 7 years ago, always been fantastic. Ruby always makes my hair look so healthy and beautiful with regular colour and cuts. The location is easy to get to with free onsite parking too! Thank You.
