Had new combi boiler fitted its working. Also had two fans fitted one kitchen and one bathroom one in kitchen is plugged into a extension lead and one in bathroom not sure were but both run all the time and cannot be turned off except kitchen if pull fridge-freezer out, gas fire was taken out and back boiler asked about a radiator for top end of room with loosing fire said would do it for £250 so said yes go ahead and do. still waiting months down the line rang to be told 1the guy who deals with it is busy or just get fobbed off rang a good few times if i knew i would have been left with one radiator for a big living room 2 rooms knocked into one i would not have had it done plus left me with carboard covering hole were fire and back boiler was as they said will need to access pipes there for radiator that i'am still waiting to be fitted..

I have just had Fairway energy install a new boiler, loft insulation, trickle vents, bathroom and kitchen ventilation and a hive hub to control my heating. I have got to say that the service I received with the office staff and with the teams that carried out the work at every point of contact was excellent. They were all professional and courteous, they carried out their work to a very high standard and left my home as they found it. Great company, great team, would highly recommend.

Great service from start to finish. Sent out a surveyor straight after a phone call to check if I was eligible and once approved was fitted within the week. Highly recommend going with this firm if looking to jump on the government grant scheme. Thanks again!

Nice, friendly staff but AWFUL company. I was promised a new boiler and underfloor insulation and was told that the boiler would be fitted one week, then the insulation the following week. Boiler was fitted mid-December 2021 but they failed to do the insulation. After waiting EIGHT MONTHS and being fobbed off multiple times about fitters not being in my area but that I was on the list to have the job done, I was told late August that the funding was no longer available. So, I'm now heading into winter with huge energy prices and no insulation, insulation that I would have had if it were not for their incompetence.

Cleanliness was my main worry but I need not of worried at all the men doing the job were very courteous , I was so happy with the job.Thanks also to the office girl Lindsey who was very helpful on the phone when I was late returning from the school run.Happy customers.Thank you.

Why on earth would you fit trickle vents in windows under an energy grant scheme??? This makes no sense at all, yet this is what this company has done to a pensioner, stating it would take the window energy ratings from a D to a B making them more efficient, which of course it won't. I have never heard such rubbish in all my life and I shall reporting the Company to Trading Standards for misleading and false information egarding the grants they are gaining and claiming from the Government . They also damaged the window and glass costing the pensioner money, and have completely denied having done so. Shame on you Fairway Energy

Mike and Liam did a brilliant job of fitting insulation, mechanical vents and trickle vents. They explained what the vents are used for and why they’re helpful. Would 100% recommend this company, especially with the government grant scheme. Great customer service from start to finish.

Brilliant company, very helpful and all the lads that helped me to get a new boiler were so friendly and explained everything they had to do. The boiler was in the loft so very awkward but they didn't have any problems. My home is now cosy and warm and i can even control the heating by an app on my phone. Thanks also to the admin staff who kept me informed what needed to be done and so friendly. Thanks again so appreciated.

Had a new boiler fitted yesterday by Harry, Paul and Dylan. I was able to get a replacement boiler under the grant scheme and from first contact to when the installation was finished, the customer service was excellent. I had a visit for a survey, the man who came was polite and explained everything. The installation was booked for the following working day and the team who came were tidy, polite, and easy to deal with.I am so pleased and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend fairway energyThank you.
