Your Venue Hire - Lingfield Park Racecourse

We hired the Pavilion Suite for our annual festive party. A bit of an unusual set up starting at 2pm through to 12pm. 3 course sit down meal, followed by DJ. Nothing was too much trouble for Page and the team at Lingfield. The set up was great, it was a super slick food service for nearly 200 guests. The food was piping hot and really good. In particular, the veg/vegan option was interesting and not the standard easy go to risotto. The room was very tastefully decorated, not a sign of tinsel anywhere.

Perfect venue to have a wedding, it was such a wonderful day and the staff are so friendly and very good at their jobs, they make you feel stress free as they take all the organising on themselves. I would highly recommend it also for good value for money.

We recently used Lingfield for our all employee business update, (160 delegates) with an afternoon of racing, lunch, followed by an evening 3 course meal, DJ and overnight stay in the hotel.The staff at Lingfield are not only absolute fantastic in getting events organised, they are personable, professional, very friendly and nothing is too much trouble.We highly recommend Lingfield for corporate events and we will definitely be coming back!

I booked our company AGM through YourVENUE at Lingfield Park Racecourse. It was such an amazing day, the team were on hand for everything we needed and more! I couldn't recommend the highly enough, and hats off to the chef the food was superb, too!

New Years Eve Gala at Lingfield Park Racecourse.The hall was a perfect size so that we did not feel crushed- there was lots of room for dancing etc. A great venue.The food was very good. We know how difficult it is to cater for so many people at the same time but the kitchen did a fabulous job.It is also equally difficult to serve so many people at the same time but, yet again, the service was excellent.The band were very good though I would pass on one or two comments. There was a slight hiatus when nothing was happening. They should have utilised their DJ at this time to keep the party atmosphere buzzing. However, once they started they did indeed liven things up. I do think they need to be a little more flexible with their playlist so that they cater to the varied musical tastes of the audience on the nightThe hotel room was also very satisfactory with plenty of room.

Fantastic venue! I have been here for business and pleasure and love the grounds, the hotel and the staff.Recently we held a charitable event at the Pavilion Suite which was handled by Page and her team and it was a huge success.We are already looking to book next year!
