The gent the served us was great, really helpful and jovial - so the 4 stars are absolutely down to him. But the van that we hired was a goddam wreck! It felt as though very little effort had been into the care of the van itself.

Hired a LWB transit van for 4 hours. Really friendly staff, gave us all the info we needed, allowed us to park our car on the premises and even gave us an extra 15 mins. Really happy, would recommend.

Got a big van very reasonably at very short notice. Chap on the desk was polite and super helpful. The van I had was old and had the usual rental battle scars but it seemed to be maintained perfectly, felt safe and drove absolutely fine. I would certainly recommend and use again. Thanks.

Very poor, the van was in a bad way both mechanically and in the bodywork as well. The seats were stained with oil or something . The windows didn't work properly and the passenger door would only unlock from the inside. Chris the point of contact was trying his best but they definitely need a new fleet of vehicles.

Very rare that I leave reviews but I have to say the price and customer service was excellent! Chris replied almost instantly to my email enquiry (out of hours). The next morning I rang to confirm, picked the van up Friday AM and dropped off Saturday AM for an excellent price, £40+ cheaper than the high street hire companies. No issues at all. Will definitely use these guys again.

Ace Van hire company, rang on the Thursday to book a van for Monday, no problem at all £40 less that afford rent a car. The vans have seen a job or 2 but they are mechanically sound the Vauxhall was brilliant and exactly what I needed for moving a sofa and some furniture. Will certainly come back again thank you
