Rude receptionist we don’t offer advice for free , yes I bloody well know that £200 + vat , not everyone scares from money at least be respectful 1st point of contact is receptionist if the client doesn’t get past that then good luck ! I would avoid at all costs

I was recommended to James Norton to deal with a Probate application for me. I found James very easy to talk to & he explained the process thoroughly to me. They never seem to call back and its very confusing when trying to get through to the right office and lawyer with the various offices so close by.Most times I've dealt with them I ring at least 4 times to get through as you just get fobbed off with promises of a call back.Having said all that the lawyers themselves are professional enough.
