Absolutely shocking !! Waited 2 1/2 hours for food to not even turn up!! Customer service was awful no help at all! Won’t be ordering again.

Ordered here for the first time as they had just won award and thought we would try ordered online was easy food arrived on time ,to then find the king prawn madras missing ,no onion salad or mint sauce to go with my onion bhaji food was average at best definitely not the best curry in Worthing there are much better places anyway took a further 45 mins for my madras to arrive and then told I would receive a freebie next I won't be going there again lol

Absolutely lovely staff, very helpful and attentive to our needs. Food was wonderful and plenty of it. Loved the little Bailey shot, very nice touch.

After trying the other halal resteraunt and being refused from there because their food was rawSHAHS is brilliant service clean,friendly and halal they also listen to the customer we will now be regulars the food is great rhe portions are good. ALL I CAN SAY IS GO AND TRY IT YOU WILL BE VERY HAPPY AND FULL!!!!

Went to this restaurant for a friend's birthday tonight. unfortunately not everyone revied there starter.which took an hour to arrive. The main course took a further hour to arrive and the plates where dirty and food was cold on its arrival. At this point we spoke to the manager who offered to re do the order but life's to short and we decided to leave.We were told that this was an award winning restaurant. I'm not sure what the award was for bit on tonight's evidence It's not for the food or the service.This was my worst experience at a restaurant which ruined our friend's birthday meal..

Lovely dinner with the fam. We were well looked after by attentive staff.All the food was amazing, popadoms, starters and mains. The Tikka Paneer was particularly delicious. The portion sizes were perfect, we ate everything and just move to walk home.It was pretty busy, filling up by about 21:00, so had a good buzzing atmosphere. I am sure we'll wander back again soon.

Very friendly, clean place has a nice vibe to it with all the colour changing lights. The food was excellent. Eight of us went there to celebrate two birthdays they were accommodating and helpful with choosing mains. Everyone was very happy , definitely will be back for a romantic meal. Highly recommend

Ordered a takeaway at 18:00.Said it would be 70 minutes.Nothing after 80 minutes and wouldn't answer the phone.3rd party order company tried to help but also couldn't get through.Ordered from Original Curryland and they turned up 30 minutes later.Will not use Shaan again and still waiting on refund.Terrible.
