Absolute joke of a surgery. Staff are condescending and definitely not trained in speaking to people with mental health problems. Everytime you ring up you feel embarrassed. Don't go here if want taken seriously about your health.

Mental health practicsonerc Nicola is completely useless and doesn’t want to do her job, she’s not at use atol and has a very cheeky rude attitude towards patients that need help and is at risk and doesn’t want to give them access to the support they need, also takes you on and off medication like nothing normal

Denied my prescription because the receptionist said I didn't need it. I apparently had my prescription for the month. As a diabetic we dont have set dosages and can change on a daily basis,so no idea how she came to this conclusion.Only found this out 4 days after I should have received my prescription because it wasnt at my chemist for me.No contact made to tell me I wouldn't receive it either.Disgraceful behaviour,if this is common practice surely its upto the doctor not receptionist.Could have been handled/worded alot better too.
