Patcham Garage

Ive used Patcham Garage a few times now for Mot's and few other things, cant fault the service ive recieved. Always very clear with their explanations, reasonably priced and efficient!

Brilliant service today with my MOT. Very friendly and courteous staff. Everything happened when it was meant to and I was kept up to date with every stage. Will definitely use again, thank you.

Had my Mini die on me (starter motor gone) but managed to get it parked outside the garage, turned up the next morning and booked it in. Was initially told it wouldn't be ready until later in the week but to my delight got a call a couple of hours later saying that the job would be done that day & for a price very close to the quote I'd been given. Communication with the staff I spoke to was great & everyone was friendly. I would recommend this garage, great service & friendly, helpful staff.

Popped in as I had an issue with my heat shield hanging down under the car. Was served by Harry who speedily re-bolted it to the car whilst I waited. Excellent Service

Ok where to start. A friend of mine took their fiat 500 there after an abs light came on. She got a phone call after dropping it there and they said a wheel bearing was shattered, it fell out when taking the wheel off to have a look. She needed a new tire, front pads and discs along with rear shoes. She couldn’t afford the 700-1000 pound she was quoated so I said I would have a look for her. I was worried about collecting the because of the wheel bearing situation. But I have it a go, only to find out the wheels haven’t even been taken off. No finger marks on the very dirty wheels. So I carried on looking. No tire that was under the legal limit, no scoring in the discs. Anyway I got the car to where I was going to carry out the work and nothing that she was quoted for needed doing. I suggest taking your car to another garage for a second opinion before paying this garage to do unneeded work. Not only thins her key was broken and they lost a sentimental key ring which they insisted wasn’t ever there, even though she made a point of it when dropping the keys off asking them not to loose it. I’m looking forward to what they have to say. Yes the front pads were quite low but still had at least 3mm of pad left. Awful. Went to collect the key on Friday at 4:40pm and already closed.

I’ve used this garage several times over the years as it’s local to me. In my experience I’ve always found them to be helpful and honest in an emergency no matter who you are or what you drive. Today I had my car serviced there and found them to be, as always, professional, approachable, polite, timely and fairly priced.
