Had to say goodbye to my beautiful Cherry cat today. Just want to say that the staff were absolutely incredible so compassionate and caring. So thank you for talking me through the whole process and for being so sincere and talking the time for me to be with her and say my goodbyes.

I highly recommend Shreen Vets. All of the vets, nurses, and staff are great with both our dogs, but I have to especially mention Megan. She has been incredible with our Labrador, who is a very excitable boy and finds it hard to stay calm in the vets. He found this particularly hard when having an ear infection recently, but Megan gave him so much time and care on visits when he was scared. On our most recent visit she took on board and used training we've been doing, which meant his health check and vaccination was so calm and positive for all of us....she even kept him calm enough to stay still and have his heart properly listened to, which no-ones managed before. Thank you Megan!

What a wonderful and caring team Shreen Vets are.My lovely old cat died recently having been under the long term wonderful care of Kate and the team.I'm the post today I received the most beautiful condolences card from the team, complete with wildflower seeds to plant in commemoration of my lovely Gus.Thank you all so much for being so lovely and doing everything you could for Gus and when it came to the 'end' thank you Sophie for your absolute kindness.See you again... soon!With love and gratitudeHelen Baker

Beautiful vets ,friendly staff brillant with my dog .I have had no reason for concern.

I'm really impressed with Shreen Vets. I was visiting family when my dog injured his paw and needed to see a vet. I phoned them up around 4pm and they registered me there and then and booked me in for an appointment an hour later. They were incredibly helpful and friendly on the phone and in the practice. The vet was great with my dog making him feel at ease, and the cost was very reasonable.

Excellent vets. I’ve been bringing all of my animals here for 8 years. Wonderful staff. Always giving great advice so we can stay one step ahead of any potential problems. Very warm and caring. Always an positive experience.

Such an excellent Veterinary Service for my 2 mischievous Labradors (pics provided). Both get into all sorts of things, as any Labrador owner understands. They are very accomodating when 1 of them needs to see a Vet. All staff are very friendly & polite and go beyond to provide excellent care and seem to love the animals that visit plus calm for any nervous of the vet visit pet. The Clinic is always clean & smell free, Consulting rooms are spacious for any sized dog or other pet. It is with GREAT THANKS to Vet Nurse Holly in advising on diets for both my Labradors (espcially the yellow 1 in the pic). When ever I speak or inform people that have other Vets I speak very highly of Shreen Vets.

I highly recommend Shreen Vets for their friendly and professional service. No dog likes going to the vet but our dogs are noticeably calmer and must therefore feel safer due to their treatment and the pet friendly environment. Thank you.

Unfortunately had to visit while on holiday with our elderly dog who had become ill. Couldn't fault the care and attention provided by all staff, from the phone call, to the consultation and subsequent treatment. Thank you to everyone
