My wife has been a client at s&s for the past 14 years, I always treat her for Christmas and birthdays. My wife and I have always found susan and all the beauty therapist's very friendly and helpful really can't do enough for you:)

I've been going to Susan for years for my waxing needs, she makes me feel at ease and comfortable and most importantly the waxing sessions are over pretty quickly and effectively.

Went for upper lips and chin waxing. So hursh with my skin feels like my skin peeled off . Skin got damaged, all chin area got bruised. Could not go out side with bare face as feel so uncomfortable

What an absolute joke..since reviewing this establishment on Sat 11th Mar on how I honestly found this place ( there was 2 reviews on Google, one fron a year ago and one recent... Since my truthful experience of I found it.. And entitled to portray.. Surprise surprise.. Seven new glowing reports get posted... Stinks or what?? Or cannot accept constructive critism!!!!I felt this place is short on Customer Service, lady who did my treatment never even introduced herself, explained the procedure or anything else, put a face mask on as part of facial, just said I will be back when it is dry!! Left me, never came back and asked if it was Ok.. Could hear themChatting through walls.. I asked her did she never explain what she was doing to customers ? her answer .. No they are not interested they just relax!!I have never been in a place so unprofessional This was a present for me.. I certainly will not be going back.The mask was starting to sting, i told her that after she came back in, but not interested.. Washed it off, put something else on my face, said you can get ready now, go into reception when you are ready, no thankyou, goodbye or anything..Went to reception asked what the 30/30/30 was ? A label on some products I was referring to, answer I think it is something to do with discount when you have a treatment... I said well that is what I have had... I amNew here I do not know" !!!"

I highly recommend this beauty salon. Their friendly professional team of staff provide high class treatments which are carefully chosen to meet the specific needs of each individual client. I have particularly sensitive skin and am so grateful to the staff for their advice, care and attention. My face was recently scanned by the Environ lady with her piece of equipment which assesses the age of one's facial skin; my skin thinks I'm 47! Not bad for a 70 year old with extremely sensitive skin that reacts to the least irritation.I have regular Caci treatment, pedicures and manicures which are given with full explanation as to what is happening and why. The staff also seem to know when you just want to lie back and snooze.Pamper yourself book a treatment, lay back and enjoy.

Very accommodating with appointments, lovely staff for both my visits, who helped me feel confident and comfortable throughout.

I would highly recommend this beauty salon. All therapists are very friendly and professional and have a great knowledge of treatments. Susan and her team provide a wonderful pampering experience. Each visit is a pleasure. Treatments are wonderful, efficient, relaxing and enjoyable. Great value for money and many special Deals also.

I am a regular customer to this beauty salon I have always been treated with the utter most respect and care from the workers here, they go above and beyond to satisfy customers and to meet people's needs. I usually go in for facials where they make the atmosphere extremely relaxing and peaceful.Amazing service would highly recommend this salon to anyone of any age.

I love beauty treatments and have been into my fair share of salons over the years, most i can honestly say had the tendancy to make me feel a little uncomfortable and out of place. This salon though is second to none, Susan and the girls make me feel so welcome. All the girls are approachable and really know their stuff! I go regularly for a back massage from Nicola, she is caring, listens to your views and needs and is very professional in her line of work. It is clear to see from me and many others, it's more than work, it's her passion.She gives excellent treatments and advice. I always leave the salon feeling refreshed and long for my next visit.
