Very helpful and friendly. I havent joined the gym but will probably join soon. has a good range of equipment though small. Darren seems very knowledgeable and willing to find alternative workouts for people with issues (read 'me' with my knees). Some TRX & HIIT classes available. I attend Tara's Kick Start Fat Loss programme and find her excellent in supporting healthy eating and exercise.
