Alternative Look
Went yesterday to get advice and look at the possibility of getting a wig to help hide my hair loss. Spoke with Andrea over the phone, who was very helpful and friendly, before going in to see her.Andrea was so helpful, and between her and my best friend (who came for morale support and to make sure I didn't make a bad decision) I ended up picking out a style I liked, in a colour that suited me, and am incredibly happy.Will definitely use again. Thank you!

Just want to say a massive thank you to Andrea. She is amazing fitting me for my first full natural wig. She really doesn’t know how much this means to me to feel feminine properly. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in the LGBTQ community and also to anyone who has any hair conditions or is going through chemotherapy

Already had bought a wig from here when hair was thinning. Andrea from the Blackpool shop was so helpful.Now that I have a cancer diagnosis I went again today and Emma was really helpful. I tried lots of colours and styles on and was delighted to get 2 more wigs to add to my collection.No problem wearing wigs and like to ring the changes. I will be bald for several months and have no embarrassment either wearing wigs or telling people that I am a wig wearer.The staff are so lovely and professional.Pauline Fazackerley

Calvan carrigan.I was made to feel like a prince of men. I had a bad experience with another company . After great deliberation I came to alternative look I felt very at ease with Emma as she helped me through this difficult path. I had a hair piece fitted and I now feel look better than I have for a long time. Thanks to all the hard and difficult questions Emma kept me at ease through the process . Wow, I wish I had a sky worth of stars to give the staff at this shop. It takes special people to make you feel relaxed and comfortable when selecting a wig and the staff not only did that they made the experience fun , enjoyable and exciting. The staff went the extra mile to adjust and tailor my wig to ensure that it fit perfectly. I can't thank them enough and tell you how fabulous they are. Thank you

As usual, the staff are kind, helpful and professional. The manager, Emma, is an excellent hairdresser and can cut or trim a wig beautifully. I have no hesitation in recommending Alternative Look, Blackpool. I feel like a million dollars when I leave the store. So thank you.

Alternative Look
My first time with the wig experience and Emma was most helpful explaining the various options. I feel confident in my choice of wig. I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout my appointment.However it wasn’t until I got home and read the information I’d been given that I realised the life span of a wig is limited.
