I really wish i was giving 5 stars and did not have to enter this review,my experience was very different to other peoples.I first contacted PS before christmas and he came on 23 dec and identified problem promised to come 28 dec,did not come,i phoned and promised to come following week,did not come.Phoned on 4th promised to come following day,did not come.Phoned on 9th promised to come on 10th,did not come.Phoned yeterday,11th and said would definately come on 12th,today did not come,Phoned this afternoon and told that can't get a pump untill end of next week.We live 5 min drive from Screwfix and they have exact same pump as we currently have in stock! Am now loooking for new plumber.
