After waiting 40 mins for my taxi to arrive. We had to pay our monies half way through the journey. The taxi driver was more concerned about money rather than our safety. Driving on the motorway at almost 70mph whilst searching for change is not very safe or professional. We was recommended by a friend. Let’s just say we will not do the same favour.

Waited 40 minutes for black cab daughter called to see how long was going to be said be another half a hour at least so asked for estate car sent a small car couldn’t fit her luggage in boot so drove off no taxi called again to see what was happening got called a liar saying didn’t ask for black cab then shouted at me then told me he had no taxi available for me. Always used this company and star before it don’t think be using again terrible service and operator bad mannered. I suppose this review be removed the same as my other one

Needed taxi in a hurry due to Metro not working properly into Wolves. Taxi within 5 minutes. Polite driver , safe driving and good price. Used many times and so far always been reliable.

Excellent service with a good pleasent manner and courtesy. Priority given to all customers.. Reliable and efficient pick up service.. I use this taxi service every time i am in Bilston.. Probably the best taxi company in Bilston.... Transport any item within reason to your destination.. THANKS

tried calling but the operator couldn’t understand what i was saying and asked for a postcode. as i was finding the postcode, as i’m not from here. He hung up on me. absolutely awful service. will not be using at all. staff need to learn how to listen properly and actually try and help rather than just ignore me and hang up. absolutely appalled by the service form this operator.

Been a loyal star taxi customer for 10+years and remained a loyal customer to 24/7when they took over. Pity company not loyal to customers. Had taxi to New Cross yesterday no problem tried to book one back non available while we were trying to find another company to use 5 of your taxis passed us dropping off but nobody available. When we gt a taxi from elsewhere we passed a taxi just sat there by Bentley Bridge no passenger no wonder non available. Think we going to need to find a loyal company. This is not the first time either. If you complain nobody cares. From Angry regular customer who uses taxis around 3 times every week and so do our family. 24/7 get yourselves sorted

Bad service by the drivers booked a taxi for a blind man n his dog and his elderly father pre booked at 10pm for 11:30 been despatched 6 times never turned up still getting messages at 1am Ur taxi been dispatched poor gents had to walk to sedgley poor service

I had ordered from star taxis years ago and the taxis were always late even when booked in advance so I just started using Uber when I needed a taxi as it was more reliable. Yesterday I decided to book again with star taxis because the metro isn’t running and I don’t drive and taking an Uber every day would have cost me more money as their prices are slightly higher, so I called star taxis yesterday and booked for the next five days to take me to work, I booked it for 08:30 and it still hadn’t arrived by 08:38 so I called them and the automated message said my taxi would be another 8 minutes which meant I would be late for work, so I spoke to one of the staff and he said it was because it was the school run and I said that doesn’t make any sense because it was booked in advance so it should have been ready for the time I booked it for! All he kept saying was it’s because of the school run! I then asked him to cancel the rest of the booking as I told him I’d had the same problem years ago and he said he couldn’t do that and he promised the next days would arrive on time, another 10 minutes past and the taxi still hadn’t arrived (even though when I called initially it said it would be 8 minutes) this time it said 5 minutes! I spoke to the male again who just kept saying the school run! THE TAXI WAS BOOKED YESTERDAY!! I told him I wanted the next bookings cancelling and after huffing and puffing he did, another 5 minutes past and I called again and spoke to him and he said it would just be 2 minutes, I said I wasn’t going to pay the full amount as he had now made me late for work and it had been booked yesterday so it should have been on time, 5 minutes late I can accept but this was over half an hour!! He said he couldn’t do any discount! The taxi arrived another 6 minutes later and when I said he was half an hour late he said they had only just booked him?!I will NEVER use them again terrible company and terrible customer service, I will go back to Uber even though they are more money atleast they are reliable!

Booked a taxi the day before 3 times I gave him the number of my flat ! Still got it wrong! 5am booked for , gets a text due to high demand it's going to be late ! Rang and asked another 20 mins so I cancelled it gets a call 5.38 from them they outside , need to get your act together used Wednesfield, and I'm now at work waste of time !
