If you want slow service and rude staff members then your in the right place. The amount of times they have gotten my order muddled up with another person with the same surname as me is an absolute abomination! Watching paint drying is more satisfying than being stuck at this pharmacy. They lack so many skills I'm amazed they are still open.

Wouldn’t recommend, every time I’ve had a prescription ordered to this pharmacy there has been issues and miscommunication. Contacted the pharmacy prior to picking up my prescription, was advised to come at a certain time. Upon my arrival at the time suggested, my prescription wasn’t ready and was told to come back later. No consideration is taken of peoples time and commitments. If this may be the closest pharmacy, my advice would be to go a little further and not be disappointed. Will not be returning nor will I allow my prescriptions to be sent here again in the future, even as my last option.

Had a very unpleasant customer service experience. Will not come back. And, in the next door Sainsbury's - they are both super nice and have many of the pharmacy products!

Awful experience. They couldn't get my medication in from the supplier for some reason which I appreciate is not the chemists' fault, however, some customer service skills wouldn't go amiss. The female staff member (small, middle-aged ) I dealt with was rather abrupt & impatient, & at times I felt she was deliberately awkward. She had a face like thunder before i walked in- granted it was quite busy & seemed abit chaotic. The younger male member of staff was pleasant enough, but I won't be using this place again - will stick to my usual chemist in future as its much more helpful & friendly, & seems more organised.

Good- very reliable with dispensing prescriptions when others haven't been. Often a bit rushed off their feet (I can only think due to staff shortages) but nonetheless very good and reliable.

Had a private flu jab booked and had been sent a reminder text the morning prior to the appointment but was told on arrival that they weren’t doing flu jabs and perhaps I had the wrong pharmacy. I was also told that the system shouldn’t have allowed me to book as they had no vaccine. Very poor service.
