Set on the A64 not far from the A1. It is on a stretch of non dual carriage way and there is ample parking. The back drop is of a beautiful woodland of mixed species of trees. Broad leaf and pine.The food was OK and of a quality you would expect from such an establishment. Tasty and plenty of it. Customer service was good too and the girls are polite and curteous.

Can't really give a good review as it was shut, closed when I called on Thursday 1/12/22 at about 11.20am. Just when I needed a bacon sandwich, what did I get? Half a Mars bar and a can of cola that's what!Please reopen and keep us road users happy!Look at my other reviews to see where I've been!

Arrived 2 mins ago for breakfast...and its all locked up! I used to get the juiciest bacon sarnies from here years ago. Im starving!!Only came here this morning based on the reviews as I thought it had closed down. Oh well, Harvester it is then I guess. Maybe it HAS closed down. No sign explsing WHY its closed either.

Stopped off here yesterday - what an absolute delight. Friendly staff, brilliant food at a good price and a trip down memory lane sitting on one of these buses. Food is served from the lower deck with a restaurant on the upper deck.Absolutely spot on - we`ll be back when in the area.ThanksThe Shed Men
