Great coffee shop but a bit crowdy. Nice chai latte.

Early birds unite. Great cup of coffee for early risers. The other coffee shops weren’t open yet. I was lucky to find this spot. A bit expensive $8 usd but worth it.

Black Sheep Waffles in Edinburgh is a great find that we stumbled upon, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. This unique concept of ordering through a touchscreen and having your food and drinks prepared for you is not only efficient but also incredibly satisfying. The menu at Black Sheep Waffles offers a wide variety of options. During my visit, we tried the bacon rolls, Nutella waffles, and some delectable small donuts. Each dish was a delightful explosion of flavors. The quality of the food was great, and you could tell that it was freshly prepared with care and attention to detail.Seating may be limited, but it's clear that many patrons prefer to take their orders to go, and I also noticed several deliveries being picked up while I was there. This is a testament to the popularity of Black Sheep Waffles, and it's easy to see why.The cleanliness of the place was impressive, and I appreciated the availability of charging outlets for devices. It's those small touches that make a big difference in enhancing the overall experience. One notable point is that Black Sheep Waffles held its own despite being right next door to another popular coffee chain. The food here was clearly superior, with no microwaved items in sight. It's evident that they take pride in the quality of their offerings, and it truly shows in the taste.

Early morning solace! There's not many places open pre 8am in Edinburgh, and i'm doubtful any other has the same easy ambiance as the branch on the Bridges - convenient too for Waverley Station as it's 5 mins on foot if you're visiting the city. I like it for a pre workday filter coffee - served in a nifty carafe, so you can settle at a quiet table & ease into your day. Get over the screen based ordering device (note card only, no cash) You've the option to personalise your drinks - 2 blends available, plus smoothies, fruit pots, pastries, & breakfast rolls. Oh.And waffles.

Good coffee and very good brownie. Not a fan of their Mango + Granola yoghurt. We ate inside, but had to clean our spot ourselves first.Quite expensive for what you get.

After trying my very first Coconut Cappuccino @ The Black Sheep Coffee in Aberdeen on a visit, I could not go back to other coffee companies. I was amazed! The best ever! It's so creamy and tasteful.I love having my Coconut Cappuccino at this branch in Edinburgh on weekends or every other weekend.

Coffee is ok. A bit on the flavorless end of dark. Like, too much deep dark. They do have two sizes of flat white, which is an oxymoron. It’s not a flat white if you have a large size. Right? It’s a latte.Otherwise the vibe is great and I may come back in the evening since it’s one of the few places with later hours.

At first, the only reason we went to Black Sheep Coffee was because it was literally the only place open early in the morning. That said, after we had it one our first morning, we went back the second time because it was so good.We had cappuccinos, donuts, muffins, and croissants all which were delicious. We were a few of the only people who dined in which was nice to sit down and relax.

The items were bit pricey to me. But the aura is cozy and beautiful sight out side the cafe. Enjoy the bakeries there, especially the cookies were lovely.

Great coffee and breakfast items. Expect airport prices. 5 stars for range of items, location, staff, and love that they’re open so early! Cool vibe inside and they have self-serve ordering kiosks.
