I cannot fault this place at all. Great amenities and close by to Co-Op, Lidl, a train station and the city centre. Chris and the team are all so lovely, were efficient and quick in resolving issues ranging from maintenance to flatmate enquiries.

Has really nice facilities, lots of open public areas that are well equipped and give the opportunity for interaction. Staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and understanding. It's student accommodation so noise is to be expected but is dealt with well. Extremely well situated with access to 3 universities in the city, especially USWs Atrium campus. If there's any maintenance issues or anything you can report them online and they will be dealt with promptly and efficiently.

I’ve lived here for a good few months so thought it was time to review!The front desk staff are super lovely and welcoming and always fix issues with keys and are super lovely to chat to. The accommodation always accommodate for people of all different backgrounds as well as doing their absolute best to decorate the building and out on events for different holidays like halloween, welcoming parties, Christmas, pancake day etc.The security they hired are so lovely to chat to, and are always happy to help with whatever they can.The maintenance team are so quick to deal with any issues that you report, and again, are so lovely.The rooms are spacious and clean. I requested to live with certain people and they immediately helped me with this as well as helping me with my new application form for next year!The accommodation block is literally a 5 minute walk from the centre and about 10 minutes to major clubs and bars.I’d highly recommend!!

Great accomodation with superb amenities at a good price! Nearby to city-centre.

I have loved living here, I have been in student accommodation before and this is the nicest one I have seen. Rooms are very spacious and modern with lots of storage, the kitchens are huge and coke with a dishwasher which is amazing. Very good location 5 min walk to the town centre and 3 min walk to uni of South Wales, 1 hour walk to Cardiff met but it is worth it for the price and how nice it is.

So far so good. The staff on the desk have all been lovely, haven’t met any maintenance people yet as their have been no problems with my room.The room itself is a massive improvement from where I stayed the year before in uni halls and surprisingly not that more expensive considering I get an en-suite bathroom and my own kitchen. It’s also quite quiet here which I love as in no one yelling or blasting music.The only thing I will say is the work being done with drills outside can be heard through the walls but oddly the trains can barely be heard with the windows closed.Overall so far my experience has been positive.

Lumis student living in Cardiff is 2 buildings that accommodate every need, with the study areas, the gym, on site games rooms and washing facilities are all keep immaculate. The staff on the reception desk are welcoming and friendly like wise to the night and weekend security who will accept the post for you. With a less than 5 minute walk to USW and a 10 minute walk into the town center the location is perfect. The rooms are the best in the area with en-suites finished to a high quality. The walls are fairly thick and so cut out a lot of sound. Through 3 years at lumis I can say with competitive prices, good location and a good social ability (and free pizza every now and again) it’s the best you will find in Cardiff.

Fabulous accomodation, friendly staff and built to a very high standard. Very pleasant place to live. Great location in the city and close walking distance into Cardiff University. Would highly recommend given the value for money with all bills included!

First year living here and everything is great. Fantastic room with plenty of space and en suit with a short walking distance to Uni and town. Great facilities downstairs including a state of the art gym and table games. Large spacious kitchens and very friendly staff.

This is has the best move I have made payed a little bit more for Lumis but it was totally worth it, rooms are immaculate, staff are very helpful and friendly, cleaners did an amazing job, the design of the room is very stylish. Gym and study areas are very good, everything is working in my studio 5 stars
