Bought 4 items of clothing, I was informed by a young member of staff that because they had no changing rooms available for customers - that I could return items within 30 days.Said items didn’t fit, so went to return 21 days after purchase.I was met today by rude and condescending staff and manager, who both claimed that the 30 day rule was no longer allowed, and was actually 14 day return time… okay, so their other member of staff had given me wrong information. That’s okay, mistakes happen. I asked if I could exchange items for some of same or lesser value. They said no, and “tough luck”.Really shocked and disappointed at the way they handled the situation. I won’t be going back there.
