MAKE SURE YOU READ YOUR TERMS AND CONDITION BEFORE BUYING. PURE SCAMMERS!as soon as you sign up and leave the store you cant cancel. But they don’t tell you this at point of sale. Rang them 7days after to upgrade my order as i wanted 2 love chairs instead of one of the sofas i ordered, this was going to cost me another £1200 which is giving the company more money. But i was told i would have to pay 40% of my sofa value to change the order. then buy the love chairs on top. although they haven’t even started to make the sofa. Not one person was willing to look into this and help me out, just repeatedly say its terms and conditions, and they cant bend any rules.But the terms and conditions also state i cant cancel after leaving the store. But they were happy bend this rule for me to cancel my full order for a 40% charge of nearly £2000. absolute joke. DO NOT BUY OF THEM! BUT IF YOU DO ORDER ONLINE AS YOU CAN CANCEL AT ANYTIME.No wonder they have been on watch dog and have shocking reviews!

Ordered and bought a sofa in July told staff I didn’t want it till middle of September due to house move. Everything was fine until I started chasing delivery in early October, no one could understand why it hadn’t been delivered, then told they had lost my order and I had to reorder, I complained and I got £100 compensation for the error, however when I couldn’t find anything in store as I needed something quickly and asked for my money back the £100 was taken off me as I was told it was just a credit note. Really poor service. Avoid at all costs I heard similar stories to mine sinceWhy do you end all replies with email customer services it looks like your helping people your not I don’t want anything to do your company others be aware.

I’ve just popped on to leave a review after visiting the Stockton store yesterday with my partner. Martin was very friendly and helpful, wasn’t pushy and let us have a good look round first ourselves. Once we had chosen our sofa I think we must have sat for a couple of hours with Martin, we have a small new build with a small front room so he was determined to help us make sure the sofa would fit and was a genuinely nice guy. The customer service we received from Martin was excellent!Here’s hoping the sofa arrives on time (or earlier) and everything else is fine after reading all the negative reviews on here we are a little worried now.But have nothing negative to say about the store or customer service from Martin, Couldn’t have asked for a better service!Thank you!

Bought a clearance sofa from the shop. Received a text a night before our expected delivery with a time slot. Obviously got rid of my old sofa. Not even 2 hours before the sofa should have arrived got told it’s not coming! This is day 3 of having to sit on the floor, no one has apologised and we don’t even have another expected delivery date.

Started off great the staff in shop were polite and very helpful, we are going through tough times with lockdown but once goods are received, nothing done about missing items(3× cushions), delivery men told us to call office, which we have done many times to wait in long queue, to be told it will be looked into or they will send them out by courier, but still nothing after 5 weeks. I have also sent a few emails to get no response so that's a waste of time. If you buy from these don't buy any extras not worth the hassle, if they are having problems getting the stock then at least tell us and offer a refund.
