This is an excellent market town and marketplace. A super array of individual and unique shops with parking in the central marketplace or in a nearby free carpark or Budgens.

Aylsham Market
Aylsham is a lovely little town and it's a lot better then Norwich. From delightful tea rooms to independent family owned shops to lovely bungalows to the Bure Valley Railway, Aylsham has so much in a small space. The locals here are really friendly, come here if you have time!

Lovely market town.Great food shops,cafes and pub.Gorgeous church.Often local food produce for sale in market square and local crafts in village hall.Also church seems to have regular music recitals in the evening.

Always visit on Monday and Friday market days, normally with group of friends at Bernies cafe which is superb. Wide choice of quality coffees and food, really sociable and friendly and we all look forward to the banter with Bernie. Other stalls include Ian with quality array of food, meats, cheeses etc and Debbie with great selection of pet foods.

I like Aylsham, it has places to eat, places to drink a wine or 2 and some history. There are plenty of amenities here with good people enjoying the services provided. Definitely a place I enjoy visiting, I've never had a bad experience so far. I only give 4 stars due to not experiencing the local night life and evening entertainment. But a really nice place for pint.

Not much of a market, all the same these days, councils demand too.much rent, shame as quite a few big names started in markets.
