The pastries and bread from here are amazing. You won't find better locally. Beautiful shop with lots of other lovely products. Cannot recommend enough! The wine selection is also fabulous! And their wine evenings are not to be missed! Now it's warm, the garden is a perfect secluded spot to sit and have a coffee

Brought back an orange wine that tasted and smelt strongly of acetone. Was told strict no returns policy.Despite admitting she hadn’t tried it before, she said the wine was fine and that ‘not liking’ it isn’t a reason for return.Absolutely no concession or apology, just treated like an idiot who obviously can’t know as much as them about wine.Used to come here all the time, spending loads on their great sour dough, ok coffee and alcohol selection.Their pastries are usually burnt. The premium you pay for everything isn’t worth the cold treatment you get from the older members of staff.Needless to say for the sake of £22 you lost two 3 year-long customers.

I love visiting this spot when in Ely, staff are super nice and there is always something interesting to buy there. I enjoyed sitting in the garden at the back too.

Love this place! Best sourdough loaves around… accept no imitations. Their milk rolls are my second favourite, perfect for making decadent burgers. Great deli selection of cured meats, cheese and butter including products from Fen Farm Dairy. Staff are really friendly too ❤️

My favourite local place to get delicious pastries and hot chocolate. Love the vibe here and the fire is great in winter to give a cosy vibe, equally has the garden for the summer. Just wish they had a loyalty scheme!

This place is wonderful! I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Wonderful, fresh pastries and bread. Great style, feel and presentation. I'm so glad Ely has shops like this. Please take over a larger premises somewhere else with a larger coffee shop, cos that would be cool.

Very impressed with the focaccia bread. It’s crispy, filling and tasty. I’ve also got a sweet one glazed with cinnamon and brown sugar, which is lovely too, but prefer the savory one more.A hidden gem bakery in my opinion in Ely. Staff are helpful and friendly. Would definitely visit more.

Best sourdough I've ever bought.Spotted this place when driving into Ely for a rare visit, was parked in the free car park close by so decided to check it out before driving home.An absolutely wonderful shop that the people of Ely are very lucky to have on their doorsteps!! I bought a large sourdough loaf, a small plum and almond tart, damson & black pepper jam and a nice-looking Riesling Kabinett.All turned out to be delicious, the sourdough was incredible, literally the best I've ever tasted and it stayed fresh for longer than expected, the last bit still good for toast nearly a week later. I live by myself so this was very pleasing. If I lived in Ely I'd be in here all the time. Terrific.Oh and the double espresso to take away was excellent too. What a find. Seriously considering making the hour-long drive to Ely now and again just to get some more of this divine bread. Ought to be winning some national bakery awards...
