We had our beloved Granny Tigs put to sleep late on a Sunday evening; Peter did kindly offer to drive out to collect her from our home, which was not close, but we took her ourselves the next morning.Peter was very understanding throughout and made the process as easy as it could be (and certainly far more easily than through Dignity, who are so overwhelmed they can’t answer for up to a day).Tranquility is quite new and doesn’t have all the signage in place for finding its office on the farm yet, for anyone delivering in the immediate future, but they’re creating a wonderful little business and we fully recommend them.

We called Tranquility after our beloved Tilly passed away at home. I left a message and was called back almost immediately by Pete, who made arrangements to collect and take care of her. He was incredibly kind and understanding from start to finish and we could not recommend Tranquility more highly.

Outstanding service. Peter was amazing from start to finish and made this cremation of my dear Coco the smoothest and less stressful service I could of ever wished for. Such a personal service and he even dropped the ashes off to me personal. Thank you so much. Highly recommended.

After ringing several times and just an answer phone we were disappointed, eventually someone answered and I was told they weren’t doing any cremations as they were moving! No message on the answer phone and nothing on your website! I was told you would ring and explain to my partner, you couldn’t be bothered to even do this. I’m afraid you have lost us as customers as I prefer someone more professional. Although I like to support local businesses, this time and in future I shall be using Dignity.

Lost zak our german shepherd same week as I lost my husband.Peter could not have been more helpful and understanding.The care he took over Zak was amazing.
