If you are thinking about trying a Pilates session I can thoroughly recommend Diana at Kingston Pilates Studio. She is very knowledgeable, professional and a great trainer. I would also encourage everyone to have a Zero Balance treatment too; It is wonderfully relaxing and sorts out aches and pains! Fabulous!
