We have just ended a tenancy with Town and City after almost three years with them and we could not recommend them more!They are professional, attentive, friendly, but most importantly they’re quick with everything. Whether it’s a repair or a general question - we’ve never had to wait more than a day to hear back.They were very helpful with the move out and made sure we had all the information we needed to make it a smooth process.All the best to Jorge and his team.

I arranged a viewing with this agency. when I arrived the agent was late. I called the company several times and nobody picked up. eventually the agent arrived and I addressed to him that the service I was given was poor. The agent behaved inappropriately and impulsively and made unnecessary remarks. as a result he refused to proceed with the viewing. The worst part about it is that the agent was actually the boss of Town & City Residential Lettings Ltd, Jorge Vieira. Not very good business skills.

Just went for a viewing today. To be courteous I waited until 5 past prearranged time to call and ask where the agent was. Took 2 attempts to get through and spoke to a very rude woman who informed me the property had been let last week and they had literally" called me and if I didn't answer they've left me a voicemail.I have had no missed calls

10/10 great letting agency. Have been renting through Town & city for 4.5 years and they have been fantastic. Any issues sorted out very swiftly and always very responsive to any emails/calls

Terrible Agency, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Has a very unprofessional company here. Clearly doesn't know the industry and has threatened me multiple times within the first month of living in the property I rented from him. He has also been racist and even harassed my family members multiple times. Avoid them at all costs. Also has lied when giving a reference to my next agency as well as threatening legal action against me for being in a property which I had long vacated. The agent is a car washer and knows very little about the law and about how to look after a property.As you say you don't recollect, here is a picture of your face as a reminder, if you would like I can add more from the video but you can hear its you. Estate agents that actually care for you. When a silent leak was discovered in my new girlfriend's new apartment and the whole place had to be renovated, but the work couldn't begin until she had moved out. Jorge saved us, and the landlady who owned the place. We were on the phone at 7am every single day trying to be the first to view any cat friendly apartments with a garden for two months straight. No luck, whilst all the while fighting the mould and damp that was engulfing every corner of every room. We were desperate to stay in Brighton together, otherwise she would have to move across the country, and we were out of time. Seeing our plight, Jorge went extremely far out of his way to persuade a landlord to not sell but rent to us after previous tenants had caused trouble. He vouched for us and made sure we got the place. Because of this, me and my partner had our magical Brighton summer that solidified our relationship going forward and are now living elsewhere in the country together. Because of this, we'll never forget Jorge and all he did for us.

Very professional and responsive agency. Sophie went above and beyond in finding me the most amazing apartment and dealt with everything so quickly and efficiently . I would recommend using this agency!

We were very happy with the service from Town and City during our time at our rental property in Brighton. The level of professionalism and efficiency from Jorge and Sophie is remarkable. Any queries or issues that arose with the property were addressed immediately and the check in/out was dealt with seamlessly including the return of our deposit.Of all the letting companies I have experience with Town and City are by far the best and they set a gold standard for their service. Wonderful letting agancy! Very responsive and great communication. I am a tenant with them, and Sophie is an amazing agent, she helped me so much in securing my flat and answering all my questions. I haven’t worked directly with Jorge but he has been very supportive of our tenancy. Cannot recommend this company enough and I feel very lucky to have a great letting agency.

Amazing service, got my property rented quickly with no hassle or fuss.VERY reliable and trustworthy-Also very friendly and approachable. I will be recommending to all my friends within the property sector. Prices were also very reasonable compared to local estate agents. This is after using many agents within the local area to manage my property- I am happy to say Town & City Residential stand head and shoulders above the rest. Honestly the best level of service I have experienced- felt like nothing was to much for them and they were happy to go the extra mile for me, regardless of what time even after office hours.
