Sorry but in my experience, customer service was not good especially for reporting repairs and waiting too long for repairs to be completed, otherwise houses are generally in good condition. Staff are helpful though.

I was contracted in to undertake some work for Unity Housing Association last week. I found them polite, professional and easy to work with. The payment of the invoice was also dealt with promptly. All in all a good experience.

Me and my family being harassed, intimidating, stalking by our 3 neighbors and unity especially 3 workers including management working with them against us.My partner was hit by male, he shouted racist comments etc all on CCTV, mobile phone video and no action was taken by them.My dog was poisoned by them plus loads other stuff.Unity are racists, arrogant and wish badly towards me and my family.This is all due to our race.Staff from unity very unprofessional, middle finger being show towards me, smirking, not respond to any of my emails, just ignoring me all the time.

Everytime I report a problem with my property I have to chase it up weeks after and still nothing is in place! Staff are lovely but full of broken promises.

Too much time, money and effort is spent on blowing their own horn when time, money and efforts should be spent on safety and maintenance.Let them who support the useless newsletter die of carbon monoxide asphyxiation.Proper and thorough safety risk assessments have NOT been carried out for decades.Unity Housing Association Limited uses contractors to try to intimidate tenants.There is no preventative maintenance or common sense.

Late on all requests, lots of the male staff are rude, terrible timescales on repairs. Only thing they do exceed at is taking the rent!
