A prompt response to my enquiry (20mins) and a clear detailed explanation of the problem. Overnight lock fitted to secure the property and returned the following day to fit new locks. Dave was friendly and efficient. Happy to recommend.

Dave was absolutely lovely, responded really quickly when our neighbours back door lock failed. He skilfully fixed a really fiddly problem which others would not touch and charged a fair price. We never really leave reviews but need to assure others that they would be in very safe hand with Dave

Absolutely fantastic service !!Locked my car keys in the boot of my car at 12am in castleford called Dave and he made a 30/40min trip to try and help us. Very professional tried to gain access to the car, unfortunately due to it being a modern car it needed a different tool.Booked a hotel by 10am the next morning Dave made the trip again with the tool needed to gain access to the vehicle.Can not fault this man on he's professionalism, customer service and most importantly skill. 10/10

My door handle had broken on exterior door and locks were inadequate. Dave came out today to take a look. He fixed my handle and it’s like new, also fitted a new top of the range lock with excellent reviews. Door works perfectly now and is really secure. Dave was very professional and informative about what he was doing. Excellent price too thanks Dave. Would definitely recommend.
