Fantastic service from Kevin and his techs. I had an issue with my VW van the day before a driving holiday and took it to Citygate just on the remote off-chance they might do me a favour and take a quick look. They couldn't have have been more helpful and went out of their way to help me out. Would recommend without hesitation.

Please avoid this dealer at all costs. They do not have a master technician and damaged my Vw transporter unnecessarily. Customer service is atrocious and I was forced to take my van elsewhere. Please see the photos. Your car is not safe here at all.

Truly, I have never ever had such amazing service from a VW dealer! Citygate St Albans are special!! I was greeted by friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff who listened to my concerns about the vehicle and couldn't have been more supportive. They did exactly what they said they'd do and in a couple of hours, I'd had emails, a phone call with clear explanations and a full inspection report. I collected the van to find that everything was fixed and that they'd cleaned inside the cab and the outside. I can't recommend this garage highly enough. I certainly won't be going anywhere else with this van. Very impressive service. Thanks team!

Brilliant service.I made an enquiry about a new vehicle with Miles. The service was great and within minutes a part exchange price was given ( which was a very fair price ). There were no long waits for call backs and nothing was to much trouble.Miles went above and beyond to get everything sorted out and did a top job of do everything as I had requested. I won’t be getting my vw commercial vehicles from anywhere else now. Well worth the 6 hour round trip.Thanks again for a brilliant service.
