Don't recommended this seller at all. I've been waiting for my order since the 8th of September 2023 and I've not received it as of yet (18th September). I've emailed the seller seller and I've also tried phoning, but no luck.

Bought via eBay. Seller said the frame was dispatched, but didn't put it in the post for another week. Royal Mail then delivered it to the wrong address, and the Seller basically said not his problem and wouldn't contact them. Since Royal Mail need the sender to raise a claim, no frame, and no refund, Avoid - if anything goes wrong he'll leave you high and dry.

Another great job from Adele and the Photo Frame Factory. I ordered a frame from their eBay shop. Fast service but the courier had not taken proper care of the “fragile” item. I contacted the Photo Frame Factory and Adele was immediately onto the problem and sent a replacement. This time all was ok.A fast hassle free service, a great response from Adele.Thank you all, and the frame is great - just what I wanted.

Fantastic place to order picture frames. I needed specific size for my art and have contacted the company. They were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. There was no problem for them to create a perfect fit frame made specifically for me. For such an amazing price! Big thanks to Amy who helped me with this :)Highly recommended.

I've been using this company for a while now and there service is top notch and the quality of the frames are superb.After having a few recent problems with orders that arrived damaged, I spoke to a lady named Adele who very efficiently sorted out the problem for me and sent me out a replacement that arrived within days.Adele's customer service is brilliant efficient kind and on point, she's an absolute star. I'd like to thank her for being very professional and fixing the problem.

I have used this company for years and they have never let me down. I have had various sizes of frames and many different finishes, they have all been spot on. I have had large orders and it’s never a problem, always finished well on time, sometimes even delivered. Definitely 10/10

I ordered a number of frames from TPFF, in some cases some custom ones for panoramic shots. Very pleased with the results and customer service was good. One was damaged in the post but they quickly dispatched a replacement with no quibbles. Great prices and quality. Would recommend!

Wow. Such fantastic frames at such a low price. Had a little bit of a challenge with the courier company however, definitely well worth the wait and look fantastic with our large posters. Fantastic customer service from Adele and another lady (can’t remember her name). Each time I messaged, always got a response and great help. Will defo be buying from again. Thanks Adele and all at photo frame factory. Very happy : )
