2021 Tesla Model 3 Long Range - My first Tesla and a fantastic experience!Highly recommended, gained my trust from the very beginning and I happily sent them pretty much the full payment for the car by bank transfer based on just one phone call and a handful of emails. Answered every question I had with incredible speed and friendliness, unlike anywhere else I have experienced before. The car was exactly as described, the hand over process was smooth and polite. The show room area was well presented and certainly gave a nice buying experience. I would happily buy from them again. Just purchased my first ever car through Cedar Specialist Cars. Absolutely top notch customer service. Sean was very professional and informative to deal with. No hard sales pitch, the car mostly spoke for itself - superb. I purchased online so Sean sent additional photos and videos of the car highlighting any imperfections (one!) so I could see the car fully before purchasing. Delivery was arranged promptly and dropped off by another friendly and well-informed chap. Cedar offered to service and MOT the vehicle and even offered to tax the car on my behalf. Thank you very much. I am beyond happy with my new car!

Best dealership I have ever dealt with.Cedar have been outstanding throughout the entire process. I purchased a vehicle they had taken in as a part exchange, a bit older than what they usually specialise in - but perfect for me and priced right when looking around.Contacting them they were friendly and happy to help . . coming out of lock down and saving a trip they took some videos in advance pointing out both good and any bad parts in there.When I arrived to test drive the car they asked for my license and away I went. When I returned, we had a little chat about the history of the vehicle and details. Not once did Gareth feel pushy to land a quick sale or make me feel like an inconvenience even though I'm sure he was due to have finished work by that pointA couple of days later I had a text to say the car was ready so I decided I would take the train up straight away which would take around 2 hours. Gareth being a gent asked me to hold off and organised for one of their drivers that was on the way back from Manchester with a new car to swing by to Doveridge and collect me on his way back. I couldn't believe it and it saved me a fair bit of time and hassle with the trains. Talk about service!I paid for and drove the car back home very happy.They’ve since kept in touch to make sure I’m happy with the car, Gareth and the team were amazing throughout the entire process - Cedar let the vehicles sell themselves.
