Sam and a colleague saw me at very short notice and sorted out a troublesome issue quickly and efficiently, and with 100 per cent success. Both had a lovely friendly manner and gave me lots of useful advice. I couldn't be happier with the service they provided. Very many thanks.

Posting this review on behalf of my husband, who can now hear me, without me having to shout or repeat, repeat! Sam's audiology skills are exceptional and her patience endless (we had several rehab appointments before settling on the final product and settings). Sam's talents extend beyond her audiology ones to genuine empathy with her clients and understanding the wider implications for those living closely with the client. Highly recommend!

Been going to Sam regularly for a couple of years now for ear micro suction. Great service. Easy to book on-line or phone. Very friendly staff in the practice. Highly recommend
