Rovers Return Petshop Ltd
Visit once or twice a month to get supplies for fish and take my kids in to look at the small animals. Always really friendly staff and lots of great stock / supplies for any pets you may have.Recently visited to purchase two gerbils and we were told any information we might need to know, the purchasing procees went very smoothly and we could tell the animals are all well looked after / loved.Reasonable prices for what you get and can tell it's run by people who really care.

I have had 5 miniature schnauzers in nearly 30 years - apart from shopping for them I shop for bird food etc - I like what the shop has to offer and it’s fairly close to home - I’m also a dog groomer for 18 years so pass on products and places to buy etc - all in all for what I need is good - I do need to say though the customer service is on and off - sometimes you get good service with a smile others you don’t more often not - I left today thinking I might not return - years ago it was always friendly - I do often shop at Pets at home they are always so lovely and accommodating - I’ve given 5 stars hoping things may change

Place very full 2 little aisles to walk around the shop and lots of animal feeds, treats,pet toys, etc. loaded on the shelving. also outside front of shop has produce .... I'd be scared people would pinch stuff been out there. But lots of choice

We are regular customers here and have been treated appallingly. I ordered puppy food and on rovers behalf they delivered it to the wrong house and when I confronted them about it they were really rude and then when they eventually bring it to the correct house she threw the dog food on the floor and walked away and said “ you’re welcome” when she didn’t even give me chance to say thank you. We are never shopping here again and don’t recommend this store either!
