We have been lucky enough to have Moon Computers as one of our main IT suppliers for a number of years and they have always lived up to our expectations at providing expectional customer service!Jayne and the rest of the team never dissapoint at being able to procure and supply IT equipment in a very competitive market.As much as pricing in IT fluctuates, the level of support from Moon doesn't.A company worthy of a 5 star review!

I personally have used Moon Computers for what seems like forever, I have always found their approach to be professional and extremely helpful. Always willing to go that extra mile to help.I was that impressed that when I started with my current employer one off the first things I did was contact Moon to continue that relationship.Jayne and the team always do their utmost to assist and accommodate us as clients.They may not be the cheapest on price for items but the whole service offered makes it excellent value for money.I hope to continue working with them for years to come.

We used Moon for over 5 years. They provided a good service until recently. We had a disagreement and they switched off our email services without warning. They also refused to give us our login details for various services we wanted to take in house as they wanted to maintain control and not lose us as a client. As a result we had to get another IT provider to take over our systems and we are extremely happy to be out of their horrible clutches. If you do use Moon, ensure you maintain control over your logins and services.

Instructed Mooncomputers recently to take over our IT support as we had been let down by our previous company. The service I have received from Matt in particular has been nothing short of amazing. He has definitely gone above and beyond and the customer service we have received has really put me at ease that these are definitely the right team of people to support our needs. When we needed hardware supplies fast the guys (and girls) always did their best to find us the right solutions and the right price and were extremely responsive at all times. If our requests were for something they didn't have they had no problem in sourcing a solution for us. Having used them for a number of years we couldn't recommend them highly enough. They offer a refreshing approach for modern day technology with dedicated customer service.
