Resist people, always talking with each other in private and Laughing while looking at us. Very bad . Horrible people.

Very sad experience. Open saturdays but refuse to give you cash. Told to go online but older phones wont support the app. Their answer is 'buy a new phone'. Lovely.

Went in with a colleague today to sort out account transfer details for a small community group. Wasn’t looking forward to it, but the staff we dealt with were all charming and most helpful. Thank you!

Went in today wanting to draw out £40.00. with £20 in £2.00 coins. The bank had none! Not 1 £2 coins in the whole bank!

Please ignore all positive reviews and avoid this bank and especially the Gloucester branch at all cost. We banked with Natwest for a long time and when we came to them for help and advice during some financial difficulties, the member of staff who met is was judgemental, patronising, condescending and rude. She made us feel small, and pathetic for asking for help. She told us a bank account with a monthly subscription would help our difficulties, and yes we were stupid and gullible enough to follow her advice, seeing as she said it would help our situation. We were mis-sold this account as our financial difficulties became worse and Natwest didn't want to know. They had their money. When we tried to make a complaint and claim back what we had been mis-sold, we were told 2 different things. 1. Because we hadn't used any of the 'perks' of the account then our claim was unsuccessful. Prior to this we were told by a different member of staff that if we used any of the 'perks' then we would not be able make a claim. You can't have it both ways Natwest, but yet that's your reason for throwing out our claim and taking money from a family in financial difficulty. Your response was that you feel our complaint was fully investigated and the right decision was made. Your investigation contradicted itself, an absolute joke. PLEASE AVOID THIS BANK, THEY DO NOT CARE IN ANY WAY ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND WILL HAPPILY TAKE MONEY FROM FAMILIES WHO ARE STRUGGLING AND COME TO THEM FOR HELP. DISGUSTING BANK, AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Came in today and had a few things to sort out. Shez" was the ladies name I think. Great service and really helped me out thank you. Exactly why I bank with Natwest."

Visited the Bank and the staff were helpful and kind ..highly recommended for good excellent service to customer .

Service here used to be quite slow and sluggish but has definitey improved vastly in last 3 months. They could improve by having a separate cash desk for business customers at busy times especially Fridays.

Go into the bank Saturday as work all week says open now so thought better" oh sorry can't draw money out over counter as it's Saturday and covid" ok so when has Boris said you can get covid on a Saturday from a bank " ? And I work all through this and thought great Don't need time of to go" waste of time..."

Pressure put on me to set up online banking by employee who took my phone from me and proceeded to download app and set up without my consent - no Covid safety / sanitising in place
