Stein's Coffee Shop

We only called in for some takeaway coffees, and cake. But the coffee shop was wonderfully presented, very clean and smart looking. The service was fantastic and friendly. The coffee was delicious, both a normal flat white, and oat milk flat white, both perfectly made. We also had a couple of pastries, a light and moreish chocolate cake which wasn't too sweet (just how we like it), and a delicious sausage roll. Highly recommended.

Proper speciality coffee from Origin Roaster with a good decaf and a house guest on as well. Standard Italian, Oz/NZ coffee menu.Lovely tray bakes.Brewed through a modern La Marzocco. Fantastic coffee.

Staff lovely and friendly. Recommend gluten free puddle cake. Two takeaway coffees and the slice of cake came to around £9.

This is the coffee shop in padstow. Great coffee and excellent pastries. Thoroughly recommended. (Note these parties are half eaten! A meal in themselves)

We looked at the images on google showing a window display full of delicious sweets and headed over. I now realise these are five years one and the shop has changed from a patisserie to a coffee shop. I was surprised to see there were no cakes in the window. They have a table top cabinet of pastries and a couple of cake slices in the store. Basic stuff. In the fridge some overpriced sandwiches on basic bread. It was all looking very plain and uninteresting so we did not eat here. Nice attentive woman working there. This is surviving just on the name over the door and for no other reason I expect. There are delightful cake stores by the harbour in Padstow. This place is more than a disappointment and it was empty bar two people in the early afternoon whilst other places were full.

Quite expensive but lots of lovely tasty things are sold here. Special mention must go to their sublime egg custard tart.

The Americano, Mocha and Hot Chocolate were absolutely lovely and probably one of the best had.Price wise it was a bit a more expensive than other coffee shops especially when comparing on size of the serving.Service was a bit slow, but you can't rush a good coffee. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating though.Would I recommend to others? Yes.
