After nearly 17 years of trusty service we were saddened to say goodbye to our original Caddy yesterday. Happy on the other hand to have a new Caddy from Greenhous Volkswagen Van Centre. First class service yet again from Cameron and Adam and the rest of the team in Bilston. Can’t wait to get it out doing some work. Thanks guys, you are fantastic and look after us so well. Neil, who gives amazing customer service and the fantastic technicians look after our VW T5 van whenever we need a service or work done. We couldn't be happier, they always explain what needs done and list & price everything clearly and keep in touch to advise when it's ready for collection, so we can fit it into our work day. Very impressed with the service Greenhous provided. My van was serviced, cleaned and a small repair carried out within 2 hours. All the staff were friendly and facilities on site let me carry on working in comfort while I waited.

Van has been back to bilston 8 times now, they recently had to replace both side windows as they where leaking. The e transporter they gave me had a range of 70 miles at best on a charge and didn't advise me of this. One of the mechanics was arguing with me on the car park about the issue with the leaking windows advising, They will leak if you don't wash it correctly" indomitable

Took my 2018 V6 Amarok in for a service and reported a whining noise from the rear rear of the truck and said i thought it was either a wheel bearing or possibly the diff, and asked if it could be checked out..i was told that the engineer had driven the truck and there was nothing wrong with the truck..!!i said there was something really not right and was told it was a part of the pressure system on the truck.?never in a month of Sunday's was it anything other than a bearing or the diff are it got loader as I rounded right hand bends..But it feel on deaf ears.!so two weeks later i have taken it to an independent garage to be told that it very badly worn and needs to be replaced asap.The chap in service is a nice guy by he is made to look like a fool by the back room staff...Not one to complain to be honest but I'm Not very impressed to say the least..Very very bad show...

No special help for motability customers. Got a adapted van for my daughter on a ventilator. Had various problems with my van. Got no airbag, horn, various other faults. Been waiting two weeks and can't get it in any sooner. And told it might not be safe to drive.

Collected ID Buzz after 17 month wait. All tried their best to make it a special day even after all our frustration. Well done.

I just spoke with the sales manager Jason & I am so glad I did. I didn’t find what I was after but Jason was nothing but a gentlemen, helpful & honest. The greatest experience I’ve had in a showroom & learnt a lot! I wish more sales men were like him.
