EE seem to train their staff well and it shows. They are always welcoming, helpful and professional. The store is well merchandised and customer friendly. They offer an extensive product range and pricing to suit most budgets. I've used EE for many years and highly recommend them. They have some of the best customer service operators.

Thank you for the brilliant service we received this morning. Nothing was too much trouble and Jack served us well, he was knowledgeable, answered all questions and came up with solutions that were much better than we expected. All the time making it a friendly and enjoyable visit sprinkled with a touch of humour.

This was my third visit to this store and yet again the level of service was awesome. Tom was great and even helped to keep my little one entertained while we sorted my partners new phone. This is not my closest store, but I will always travel further due the level of service and prefesionality this store provides. Keep up the good work guys.

I went in to renegotiate my lapsed contract. As far as I can tell, there is no preferential pricing for existing customers, and the tariffs are pretty high compared to other providers with similar geographical coverage. I left the place feeling a bit deflated and resolved to leave EE as soon as I can call them - of course you cant do that in the shop, as with all mobile providers they need to try and stop you departing. However, with tariffs like tgis, that is going to be a lost cause im afraid!Not all they are cracked up to be, in my opinion, which is a shame.

Went in to upgrade my phone as I was having issues with my phone screen constantly freezing. As I didn't want to have it sent back to EE to get it checked due to having our Alarm System plus other important apps which would've been deleted, I decided to change my contract and buy a new phone. The Advisor was very knowledgeable and helpful and answered all the questions I had..

Benn and Kelsey were really friendly and helpful and were able to answer all of my questions and help get my broadband and new phone set up.

My wife and I went into the Yate branch this afternoon, as our contracts had come to an end We were helped by Joel to sort out our new phone and set up our new contracts. He really went out of his way to help us and was very patient. We were veryimpressed with his assistance and patience. Thank you Joel.
