My 7 year old daughter was very nervous about having her ears pierced but really wanted them done. Jade at Claires in Merry Hill was absolutely amazing, she was very patient and did everything she could to put my daughters mind at ease. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you Jade!

Tues 19 Sept 2023 - Just wish to praise and THANK Amelia for her amazing knowledge & help during my visit yesterday to Merry Hill. I was with my daughter, purchasing earrings for her, we then got talking & i complimented her earrings and i mentioned, i had my top part of ear pierced many years ago, and that it's still open and that i had tried to put a stud in their last year.However, i mentioned it was very itchy afterwards, and that i had no option but to take it out!She took me to the Titanium cabinet and suggested others for me to purchase... and she then even helped in trying it in for me.She was so patient and very helpful.My daughter absolutely loves Claire's & we always visit every time we are in Merry Hill or Redditch & never walked out empty handed, she buys things from earrings, books to backpacks!Again, THANK YOU very much Amelia - my daughter & I really appreciated your time - we will be back from A&A x

Rude staff. Spoke to our 3 year granddaughter so abruptly. We were trying to pay for goods. And cashier was standing by the opening of the counter to the side of the till. Our granddaughter stood there, so rudely said go to the till, my grandaughter continued to try to pass items again the cashier said go to the till.My grandaughter is 3 years of age and would not beable to see the till on the counter, never mind completelyunderstand what the rude cashier was saying. We purchased the items, once I took our grandaughters hand and took to the front of the counter. I would not have purchased anything, but didnt want to make a scene and upset our grandaughter.Not a child friendly experience

Assistant manager Amelia is an absolute idiot, she deserves sacking. Yet she won't. The whole company is a shambles
