Aston Hearing

I have struggled with my hearing for a long time and put off going to the doctor's about it.I was recommended to come Aston Hearing Services by a friend of mine.I had my ears Cleaned out and it has made a world of difference, I hadn't realised quite how bad it had got.Hard to put into words how good it is and the change it has made to my life.

Sereta and Jo were brilliant patiently removing all the wax mixed with wood dust from my ears (I am a cabinetmaker) and the transformation was amazing. I thought my ears were in poor condition but now I can hear brilliantly with both ears. It was painless and an enjoyable experience. They are very friendly. The techniques they use with micro vacuum and a very effective irrigation device, and manual tools, all carried out with close monitoring using their surgical microscope. Well worth the money. They didn't rush it and despite my ears being particularly blocked, taking longer than usual, were determined to complete the job fully. I cannot recommend Aston Hearing enough.

Brilliant!Given how clogged my ears were with wax and how compacted it was I assumed it would be a mission to clear them.Cassandra was very gentle, but very persistent, and before long both canals were completely clear!Great service, very pleasant staff! Will definitely use them in future! :-)Jim

My wife has a hearing problem for which she has hearing aids and when Hidden Hearing advised her that she had wax in her ears and were unable to remove it for her she needed to find help elsewhere.Aston Hearing Services is located at the back of the alley beside the jewelers shop and we entered there on spec to see what could be done for her.We were most impressed with the welcome and the service we received - a camera was placed in her ears to see the nature of the problem, the wax was removed and the hearing aids were adjusted to match my wife's hearing needs - a service which Hidden Hearing had failed to perform a few weeks previously.We will now be using Aston Hearing Services to resolve our future hearing problems!

Cannot recommend Aston Hearing highly enough. My father has attended the clinic regularly over two years and the staff provide an excellent, professional extremely caring service.
