Graham and the team are fantastic! Great communication throughout. A cancellation meant installation was earlier than expected. Fabulous workmanship, came back to my house being clean and tidy. Log burner is stunning. I'll 100% be calling them back in a year for its service. 5*

***** Service For The Log Burner Fit. By Graham's Son Very Clean & Efficient, Very Polite And Did A Great Job Of Fitting Our 1st Log Burner I Would Highly Recommend Anyone To Graham And His Team. Can't Wait For The 2nd One 2 Be Installed.

Great service, requested estimate and was contacted straight away. Received a site survey and quote. After accepting the quote the agreed installation date. The installers arrived on time and were very approachable and knowledgeable. Very clean taking all rubbish away. We are very happy with our installation and highly recommend.

Had my log burner fitted in March by Graham's son Sean. Nice clean job but Still waiting for certificate. I have chased them and to which they replied that there is a backlog (since March!) They messaged me two cerificate numbers which related to two different addresses. I have checked with HETAS NOT REGISTERED. They have now stopped replying to me. I will now have to try another registered company to obtain a certificate
