So High Soho Ltd

I went today and its so nice!! I bought the no. 16 septum wrong (not a clicker!!) and a trans flag pin. Shauna (staff member) gave me a freebie which I literally didn't realise till I got home and I recieved 5 they/them enamel pin badges and I'm so estatic. They didn't ask my pronouns and still got it right!! Definitely worth a trip and I'll be back :D

Lovely atmosphere and the owner was so nice to me and my aunt. Very personalized service and a variety of items to buy.

I walked into this store asking if they sold hen do accessories, one of the two shop assistants was doing her makeup in the mirror and said that they didn’t have any, without turning towards me (the customer). I mentioned that someone in the other branch of their stores (where I had just been) said that they would and she responded ‘I don’t care about what they said, we don’t have any’. I said thank you and started to exit the store. I then saw that towards the exit there was a box with hen do accessories. I proceeded to take a few and as I went to purchase them, I pointed out that they do in fact sell hen do accessories. The same lady responded ‘we don’t have to sell them to you if you are so horrible to us’. I mentioned it to them so that if other customers had the same question they could respond by giving them correct information.I think the store management needs to better train their staff on customer experience. And the people working in the store need to remember that customers are always right - or rather, that customer satisfaction is the ultimate goal for stores.

Super boujie Costume shop, more of a collection of vintage / older costumes for themed parties with the intention that they will be held onto and kept for much longer than regular costumes. Also very expensive. They have masks, wigs, gloves and lots of sequins. High price point and some items aren’t costume exactly.

Rude and unfriendly staff. Asked if they did refunds and the lady scoffed in my face, then proceeded to talk to her colleagues about other ‘ridiculous’ customer requests while I was still in the shop.The staff in the other branch down the road were way nicer

Love this shop. Needed a masquerade mask and found the perfect mask for the ball.The girl behind the counter with the red hair was wonderful and so helpful. Thank you.Will be back when in Soho again to look at all their other stuff.

Beautiful and strange strange shop. The shop assistants are really really kind and funny. They have a lot of different a staff about magic, maditation and yoga.
