Asda Kings Heath Supermarket

My husband visited this Asda today after driving long way to buy brown bread for my son who has allergy, my son eat only Asda's one.He asked one of the staff called Michael a tall and grey hair men if there is any bread and he said no without looking. I was sure that it should be in stock room I asked a lady, she was very polite and she brought me lots of bread.My husband recognised this men, he treated me last time badly when I put a product in a wrong place after changing my mind. He was really rude by giving me an order to put it in the right place when i was in hurry and I should pay for my items on the till. He is very racist men and impolite and even another customer she told him to be nice to customers, This men is giving a bad reputation to this Asda.My husband complained to the shop Manager and we hope he will talk to him and tell him to stop behaving really bad and treating customers this way you feel is not welcoming business.

This store is used to be a very good store, staff was very good, co-operative and always smiley. They still have some very good staff specially elderly but some are very rude. The other day a sales assistance misbhave with me for no reason even ladies in the queue told her off.As I worked as a Store Manager in London I would suggest Higher Management & HR should focus on the training of the staff. They need to make sure that staff is mature enough to handle the fast paced environment.

A very nice store for regular groceries, Nice and fresh bakery always, car park spaces are tight. Only 4 stars as the store is not as clean as it used to be

Charge you for parking, despite spending £100+ in store. Queued at the kiosk to talk to someone about this and was told there was nothing they could do as I had no proof - showed them my bank statement with a date showing that I spent plenty in store and was told that was not good enough. Put me off ASDA completely if I'm honest, will shop elsewhere from now on.

I was sat in the chair. Av very old lady came and sat with me. She was very upset about something. I questioned what happened and she told me she brought pears and the girl at the till charged for bananas. No one was sorting out her issue. I called a girl who's name was NUSAYBA. The old lady started explaining what happened, and that she was told to just sit there. At this point I interviened and said you need to listen to her. The Girl NUSRAYBA was very rude to me. This was unnecessary asi was very polite . I got up and went with the lady to sort out her issue. I Said to NUSAYBA that she was very rude to me , she Gave me attitude again. At this stage the old lady asked to speak to someone else. Finally a lovely gentleman solved her issue. I think it's discusting that NUSAYBA had to speak to a feeble old woman like that. You need to train your staff up for good customer service .

They have recently appointed a GSM (General store manager) who was dismissed by another retail company at the same location, he was dismissed for bullying staff, in particular female staff members, great recruiting Asda.

Used to be a nice store. Now, every time I go there are massive queues with few proper tills open and staff standing around watching people use self service who don't want to and who physically struggle in many cases. They literally don't want to take your money, so why should we be giving it to them? If the staff standing around just manned the tills, it'd be fine. But no, that's too much to ask.

The go to supermarket for us locals. Good staff, well stocked and a good size car park. Asda use to have a decent offer for Bluelight card members, however slowly but surely they have cut it right down to a near insignificant minimum. Please re-instate the 10% (at least) on all products.

The store is small and busy, the staff seem nice enough but it feels chaotic. Its not my go to store but thought I'd try click and collect as its technically my closest store there was a bit of a wait but hassle free. Parking is free for 1hr 30mins but again the car parks busy so limited parking spaces.
