Great potter, great pottery

Had the most wonderful experience, learning to throw and turn pots, with a lot of guidance and help from George. Over two mornings on a weekend, along with three family members, we were given a thorough demonstration before being let loose to get creative. George is a great teacher and always on hand to ensure we could successfully achieve a satisfying outcome from our lumps of clay.His own works are beautifully displayed and gave us a new found appreciation, after our experience, for the efforts and processes that go into making them.I cannot recommend enough, for anyone who has a chance to give it a go.

Had a great weekend doing a pottery course with my daughter here. Learned a lot and got to make three bowls. Great fun and extremely knowledgeable tutor who also makes and sells his work. Would recommend a workshop here for anyone wishing to have a go making pottery.
