Great customer service from carfone warehouse as always couldn't ask for more! only down side to currys in general seems to be getting a staff member to be available to help is generally a long wait because they are always over stretched

Went to buy a fridge freezer,after talking through product with assistant were told it was out of stock until December 11th.Offered to pay in full now and have goods when available.Was told we couldn't do that as the product may not arrive and we would have to go back to the store in Dec and look.

Bought a phone from them a month ago for a birthday. Just yesterday, the phone's lock screen breaks and doesn't accept any input or thumbprints. Brought it back to the store and got told my only option is to send it off to Samsung for 6 weeks! Disgraceful policy, staff and customer service were no help, and now I have to wait for longer than we've had the phone to hear if they'll fix or replace it! Will not be buying from Currys ever again.

Went in and purchased a new Motorola mobile for my wife.Sales guy Ryan was soooo helpful 20/10! He went above and beyond. We all know Curry's but the company is ONLY as good as it's staff! Yesterday they came up trumps

Don't buy anything from these guys. My wife bought her phone from them 34 days ago. It stopped working so we returned it. Rather than just giving her a replacement phone, they said they will send her phone away for up to 6 weeks. Also, conveniently, the store manager was on a conference call, si i couldn't reason with him. Shocking service. Guess who won't be getting any more money from me?
