Jared, Shane, Huj and Natalie - the dream team! Thank you so much for being our home from home. Wagamama is our favourite place to eat and always will be. They cater beautifully to my nut allergy and there's so many delicious vegan options. A place like no other and with the tastiest food imaginable!

Good COVID measure in place and got our food pretty quick, even with shortage of staff. Loved the varying menu (vegan, vegetarian and meat dishes). Price seems to be going up though. Which has definitely affected the frequency of our visit to this restaurant.

All round just had a bad time. The staff seem very condescending and the food in general seems to have dropped in quality, significantly in the past year or so, and unfortunately so has the service. I don't like what wagamama seems to be becoming. I say this after visiting a few across the country over the past few years. On another note, after visiting trinity a couple times recently, I can strongly say, it is a much better place to eat out. The food even seems to taste better and have more care put into it, and the quality and speed of the service there, suprisingly seems to surpass that of white rose. Disappointing to say the least. :(

Average at best, the waiting staff are not very attentive and didn’t ask us once how our meal was.My partner ordered a steak dish and it tasted like rubber as it very overcooked (see pictures) ironically, the staff asked how we’d like the steak, we asked for it medium rare and got the polar opposite. After trying to get the attention of a member of staff they recooked some more steak which was much better but the waiting time for this to be recooked was about 10 minutes which meant my partner had to watch me eat mine.It didn’t blow my socks off and for the price it was disappointing.

I've always loved Wagamama food, until a recent experience where there was meat in my veggie take-away meal (not just one piece, the entire meal). I contacted them with details and pictures, they requested my number but never called. Didn't so much as offer a refund on that item. If you have allergies I'd tread very carefully. Very disappointed after years of enjoying Wagamama. I won't trust them again.

First time I've been to this restaurant chain and was very pleasantly surprised. I love the food, it was different and tasty, so much choice. See photos. I like how they brought the dishes out when ready, as we were sharing a few starters, it was ideal.I will definitely be back.

Wagamama is always a nice option however our meal at this one was a bit worse than what we had in other branches. There wasnt enough curry sauce for the amount of rice served and the bang bang cauliflower was tough in places and lacking in sauce as well. Will stick to my usual branch!

Had a couple of gift cards. Had help from Jaz to set them up. He explained menu due to intolerance to spice food. Order starters and ramen dishes. Quick service friendly, customer service excellent. Delicious meals. Reasonably priced. Thank you Jaz and Laurence for looking after us. Will definitely be back in near future.
