Premier Inn Bournemouth Central hotel

Could not fault this place! I stayed here for 1 night as I had my graduation. The location is great as it is just around the corner from the town centre/ Bournemouth square, and very close walking distance to the beach, and there is also restaurants and an arcade super close on the same road. My room was very spacious, and was equipped with a kettle, hair dryer, and plenty of towels! Room also has plenty of plug sockets and USB ports including ones either side of the bed. The staff were super friendly and the whole building was spotless. I left for my graduation quite early in morning and therefore checked out early, thankfully the reception staff allowed to me store my luggage downstairs until I was ready to pick it up so I didn’t have to take my suitcase to my graduation, very helpful and convenient. If I’m ever back in Bournemouth again I will for sure be booking! My advice for anyone booking here is to check if there is any events going on at the Pavilion or at the BIC because if so book early and don’t leave it till the last minute as rooms go fast. Hope you all enjoy your stay as much as I did!

We had a lovely 3 day stay here last year for our beach trip to Bournemouth. We had a lovely clean, bedroom with a balcony which had a nice view of the beach a short distance away. There is a car park out front, pricey but it is popular Bournemouth after all. There is a lovely park across the road that leads towards the beach which was lovely to walk through. Staff were helpful and polite. Tiny lifts!

Can't fault this Premier Inn. The room was spacious and very quiet. The reception and hotel overall was very clean and well maintained. The location is brilliant, only a 2 minute walk from the sea front. The only issue is this hotel does not seem to have its own parking. We parked in the BIC car park (around a 5-10 minute walk) this cost £20 for 24 hours.

A nice enough place. Good service, especially from reception. Decent breakfast. Lovely views from the balcony. Room was excellent, except for the peeling ceiling paint in the bathroom. Which was a bit bizarre as the rest of the room was in excellent condition.

Remarkably good. Very good service all round (only slightly spoilt by a very slow check-in, but that was probably caused more by the guest than the hotel staff). Fair prices. Very good room. Overall, better than several other P Inns that I've stayed in. Recommended.

Hotel location fantastic. However drunk's homeless and drug addicts all around outside. Shops near by closed the once bustling streets are becoming a ghost town. Yes there is a park opposite and yes there is a popular beach a stone's throw away but I wouldn't go anywhere near at night. Room up to standard, breakfast plentiful but all bacon and sausages were over done as I'm sure they were done way before opening time. Poached eggs under done whites runny. Evening meal fantastic. No complaints. Service very helpful. Hope Bournemouth gets back to where it used to be as this hotel location deserves better.

Don't bother spending extra money for a premier inn plus room as you don't get your monies worth. Last time we paid the same price and was given a very spacious room with a view over looking the beach and also a balcony. This is the only reason why I booked again was due to this and we now have a view over looking a roof and people's flats. Also the mattress needs replacing was awful to sleep on.

Myself, husband and two children aged 5 & 6 had a night stay here as we had a show booked at the pavilion theatre. On first arriving the room was very spaces, clean and comfortable. we had a balcony overlooking Bournemouth beach. Service though we have found rude and very unorganized. we asked for 2 extra pillows on our first night 2 hours later still nothing went to enquirer, but were still made to wait longer. Same for coffee sachets and toilet paper too. This is meant to be a well maintained premier inn. But apparently you have to tell the hotel when you need these things as there is no house keeping when you are still staying. They were out of a lot of items to make a mock-tails with which makes no sense as its a seaside city plus half term. Asked why the heating/air con wasn't working and if it could be sorted as the stuffy room flared up my asthma on the first night but was told by the guy on the desk said as its not shown on the website it doesn't have to be mended. Not very nice. WiFi is said to be free but that's because it's very weak and you only get it stronger if you pay extra money. This annoys me a lot. Positives some of the staff were friendly, food was good shower worked well and the hotel was only across the road from the pavilion theatre and Bournemouth beach.

We stayed overnight for a show at the pavilion across the road. The room was fantastic. Clean and large. It was an accessible room with the bathroom being a wet room. The bonus was we had a balcony which had great views across the city. The staff were very professional and friendly. They were incredibly helpful and nothing was too much. The building is incredible with a rich history including a stay by The Beatles. We will most definitely stay again.

Most of the rooms are great. I have stayed a few times, some rooms are smaller than you would expect.Overall the rooms are clean, staff are helpful, but very busy and sometimes you need to wait around. The front desk is not always staffed. While it is hard to find staff at the bar.Otherwise the staff are very helpful, the rooms are tidy and clean and the location is great.It's a worthwhile stay for the price
