Food was ok but the service was absolutely dreadful! We were 4 people and 2 starters arrived within 10 minutes of ordering. the next 2 arrived over 75 minutes later. When we tried to get an update and the table wiped as it was sticky one particular staff member was extremely rude so we dare not ask again. Several people around us waited ridiculous long times and complained as well. Other staff was very apologetic but we definitely wouldn't return after this awful experience where we wasted our money.

Firstly ordered one drink on the QR code, was waiting so long had to go up to the bar to ask where it was. We went up to the bar to order our food, majority of the things we wanted was not available bit inconvenient they could have told us when we sat down for our booked meal.We waited 50 minutes for our food - our burger, chips and cauliflower bites were cold but burnt?? Could not be bothered to go up as we were all starving.Had to stack up our plates took them a while to clear them same with all the other tables. We went to order desserts barmen came over said to my sister MATE sorry we haven’t got anything that you ordered. So disappointing in a local pub.

For some reason, we ended up having lunch over here. It was a nice local pub. The food choice was good. Food needs somemore spices. Service was very good and staff very friendly.

Will never return to the blackberry Jack again, poor service food slapped on the plate, waiting over hour for starters, funny thing is some of us pre ordered food two days before our booking, that was a waste of time as we got our food last & 2 of us didn’t get any terrible place to dine out give it a miss no excuses for that quality of service & food 1/10

I've visited this pub a couple of times before and the service been good all the time.Today, I've been there to lunch with my dog, been served by Taylor which I've seen a couple of times and always been top of the class, quick service, very polite and gave my dog a lot of fuss today.For lunch, I've had a vegan burger which was decent made by Chef Lauren. I wasn't very impressed with the buger as missed some sauce, was quite dry but the chips were the best I've had in a pub

One hour twenty minutes for breakfast! WhenIt arrived it was cold. No egg and sausage burnt to a cinder. The toast was so hard as were the hash brown nuggets. Kelly the waitron was very good by her hands were tied. So disappointed as I had a visitor fromSouth Africa with me who was not impressed

The best service, good facilities {being disabled this is a must} the family were treated with the utmost respect amazing definitely recommend this place for food 11 happy people. Second time back as you can see we loved lunch and finished the lot staff are still amazing thank you.
