I’ve been having my hair done by Frankie at hair by friends by over 10 years, even now travel from Surrey to come having moved away. Always does a fabulous job, great, friendly service. Highly recommended.

I have been going to Hair By Friends for a few years now, staff are very friendly, I like how they cut my hair & they charge a reasonable price not like some of these other hairdressers which can be expensive.

Made an appointment for a hair colour in person. Arrived for my appointment at designated time and date but no one was even in the salon. Tried calling but was unable to leave a message. Waited 45 minutes but no one turned up. Put a note through the door to say I arrived.Six hours later someone from the salon left a message on my voicemail to say that someone would be in touch with me. It is now 3 weeks later and no one from this salon has tried to call me.Extremely unprofessional and time wasters.

Not sure of other services but I had a cut and blow dry, they are lovely and well skilled, a small business with a big soul! I am extremely happy with them
