Barchester - Stamford Bridge Beaumont Care Home

The staff in this home from home are so warm and dedicated. They really invest time in each individual and go out of their way to support their whole family. We feel so blessed to have our Grandma in such a special place for her final months with cancer.

My mum was really well looked after in the Memory Lane unit. All staff are kind and friendly. Mum's dignity was maintained. She was always clean and nicely dressed. Her room was spotless, the food was excellent even when she was on a soft diet. Her laundry was done promptly and the admin staff were helpful. Special thanks to the manager, nurses and carers on that unit. The nurse who looked after mum (and me) right at the end was so kind. I feel I could not have done anything better for my mum than find her a place here. Thank you all.

Visited the home yesterday having started a new role with an external company. Everyone was so kind and helpful and put me at ease. The staff couldn't do enough to assist me and I hope I get to visit this site again in the future.

The standard of care that I am receiving as a resident, is extremely high. Plenty of staff mean that requests for help over and above routine medical and personal requirements are dealt with promptly and cheerfully round the clock. The food is excellent - menus changed daily - and clean linen napkins and table cloths are provided at every meal. Cleanliness is a top priority for the high quality furnishings throughout the home. Facilities include dining rooms, siting rooms and spa bathrooms. Bedrooms are fitted with en-suite bathrooms. The laundry is on site and garments are returned promptly, often on the same day. A dedicated team provide a daily programme of activities for residents.Should one need to move to a care home, it is difficult imagine a better one than the Beaumont.

Friendly place with a positive and happy atmosphere. Paid breaks, a hot meal provided free on long days, enhanced pay for extra shifts, lots of other staff benefits including bonuses and discounts. Excellent training and career progression opportunities.

A wonderful, caring home for my mum who sadly died in October 2019 after living here for a very happy 1 year. I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone to consider this home. The best out of 3 homes my mum lived in. The love and care, not only my mum, who had Alzheimers received, but my family received at my mum's end of life, cannot be praised enough. I cannot thank all the staff enough.

My husband and I visit Beaumont regularly and are always welcomed warmly.The staff are friendly and helpful to both visitors and residents. The atmosphere is positive and it’s lovely to see residents chatting with staff and not only their own visitors but anyone coming into the home. The whole building is light and airy and very clean, in the public rooms there are facilities for tea, coffee and soft drinks and covered plates of cakes or i suits in case anyone fancies a snack. The dining room is like an up market hotel and the food is home made and tastes amazing. The nursing care given is thorough and the staff genuinely ‘care’ for the residents . We agree that should the need arise we would be very happy to stay

Emma and her team have been fantastic support for my family over the last few weeks. The care / support has been amazing. They have made what could have been a difficult transition very easy. They have accommodated the whole family and we all now feel as if we are part of the bigger barchester family. Every member of staff is friendly, always have a smile on their faces and nothing is too much trouble.
